LOCATION: 10 km from Cisna, 6 km from Wetlina, 1500 m to the entrance of the red trail to Smerek and Połoniny, 3000 m to the entrance of the black trail to Smerek.

The Two Horses Guesthouse is situated in Kalnica, in the highest part of the Bieszczady Mountains, half way between Cisna and Wetlina. Kalnica is a picturesque village, 600 metres above sea level, on the eastern slope of Krzemienna mountain, near the Wetlinka river, at the edge of the National Park and at the base of Smerek mountain (1222m above sea level).

The Guesthouse offers five separate en-suite rooms and a suite (a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom), as well as a common sitting room (downstairs) with a fireplace. In 2018 all the rooms were redecorated and fitted with hand-made wooden furniture, individually designed by our friend, a local artist and horse-lover, „Gingerhead” Adam Rymarowicz. In September 2024 we have completed a wooden cottage Pod Siodlem, which can accomodate up to four guests and offers two bedrooms and a toilet upstairs, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, aliving room with a fireplace and a large terrace downstairs.
Our two horses have inspired us to move from a city to the mountains, and they make the leading decorative element in the house, yet they will not disturb our Guests in any way, as they occupy their own „horsehouse” in the next village. However, we can recommend horse rides with professional instructors nearby (addresses can be found in „Attractions” bookmark).
